Return Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or your product is damaged, please call customer service at 813-350-0402. Please do not ship items without first contacting us. If approved, Jayla Body Products will credit returns of unused products only. All returns must be postmarked within 5 days of receipt. A credit will be applied to your credit card, to your next purchase, or in the form of replacement products.

Backorders
If an item you order is currently out of stock, we will contact you via email. Shipping: We provide standard shipping via our choice of USPS, UPS. Rush orders are possible at an additional fee. Sales Tax Orders from Florida will be charged Florida's sales tax at a rate of 7%.
Shelf Life
Although our products are made using natural ingredients, a product's average shelf life is three years unopened and 8 to 12 months from the time you open your product. You may extend the life of your products by storing them in their closed containers in a cool, dry, and dark place. Also, avoid letting water into a product's container when using it in shower, tub or sink.
